1. Order Processing Time

All products sold on our store are made-to-order and printed on demand.

  • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are sent for production shortly after confirmation and cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 5–10 business days within India

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions or unforeseen delays

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


3. Shipping Partners

Orders are fulfilled and shipped using third-party manufacturing and logistics partners.

Once an order is handed over to the courier:

  • We no longer have direct control over transit time

  • Any delays caused by the courier are outside our responsibility


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on order value, product type, or delivery location

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are shown before payment confirmation


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If an order is returned due to address issues, re-shipping costs may apply.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline:

  • Please contact us with your order number

  • We will coordinate with the shipping partner to assist

However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
